Aubrey has over a decade of real estate investing and property management experience. She is the President/CEO of Waystar, LLC, a real estate investment company, a certified Project Management Professional® (PMP), and a Lean Six Sigma Greenbelt. Previously the San Antonio Director of Outreach and Communications for HCA Healthcare, a Fortune 500 company, her extensive professional background in relationship development, marketing, technology, and contract negotiation and management prepare her for even the most complex real estate transactions. She has a penchant for detail and a vision for design and property improvement that maximizes investment returns. 

In 2020, she chose to join KW Portfolio. Aubrey is a seamless fit with this team of high-performing personalities and pledges to leverage her skills and expertise to redefine and deliver a quality real estate experience for all of her clients. When she’s not fully engaged in real estate endeavors, this modern mom keeps busy at the playground with her toddler and fur-babies, out on the lake at Horseshoe Bay, hosting a game night at home, or enjoying a nice glass of wine with her husband while sitting on the porch at the family ranch. She also prioritizes service to volunteer and charity organizations that support the San Antonio community, such as SA Rotary®, Aglow® Ministries, and other Fiesta-centric scholarship charities, such as Rey Feo Consejo® and DoSeum®. Aubrey’s markets of expertise include San Antonio luxury residential and investment, the Hill Country, and the Highland Lakes district (surrounding Horseshoe Bay) for resort properties and second homes.
